Port of Subs Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
The following Port of Subs Gift Card Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your prepaid Port of Subs Gift Card. By using your Port of Subs Gift Card, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. We recommend that you print and copy of this agreement for your records.
Your Port of Subs Card is issued to you by Gift Card Services, LLC, a Washington limited liability company. The card allows you to load a dollar value amount on your Port of Subs Gift Card for future purchases at participating Port of Subs locations. The dollar amount loaded onto your Card is a prepayment only for goods and services at participating Port of Subs locations. This is not a credit card, line of credit or debit card and will be honored only for the remaining balance on the card.
Unless otherwise required by law in the jurisdiction where the card was purchased or by the terms of this agreement, any amount on your Port of Subs Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Your Port of Subs Gift Cards may be redeemable for cash in certain jurisdictions for limited dollar amounts. You should refer to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the card was sold to determine redemption limits and conditions, if any.
No interest, dividends, or other consideration shall accrue, be earned or paid to you on the funds deposited on your Port of Subs Gift Card. The value associated with your Port of Subs Gift Card is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or any other state or private entity. A Port of Subs Gift Card must be treated like cash, and if lost, stolen or destroyed it will not be replaced.
Port of Subs reserves the right to decline or accept any Port of Subs Gift Cards or otherwise limit its use if Port of Subs reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
