A message to our loyal Port of Subs family,
There is no higher priority than the health and safety of our employees and guests. Considering the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, we are closely monitoring current guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), local governments, and our local public health agencies.
In consideration of the impact of COVID-19 in our communities, Port of Subs will remain open, but in some regions, our dining rooms may be temporarily closed to limit person-to-person contact.
- Guests may enter the restaurant to place orders for TAKEOUT or to pick up orders placed through our website (portofsubs.com) or the Port of Subs app.
- CURBSIDE PICK-UP is a safe alternative, where your order is delivered to your vehicle – no need to enter the restaurant! Simply order online, then call us when you arrive.
- DELIVERY is available in most areas through our website or third-party delivery partners (Doordash, Postmates, or UberEats). Each third-party delivery company offers the option to have your food left at the door! Simply follow their steps for contactless delivery during checkout.
We want to assure you that along with our high standards of food safety and cleanliness, we are taking active measures to further prevent the spread of any illness or contamination. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our restaurants – especially high-touch areas like the counters and tables. We continue to prioritize proper hand washing, and want to reinforce that glove use is mandatory in all of our restaurants. We are also working to install hand sanitizer stations. In addition, we are communicating the most up-to-date information with our restaurant teams, and recommend that any team member who isn’t feeling well remains at home. If you would like to order a sandwich or wrap tray, you can rest easy knowing we will individually wrap each piece for you and your family to enjoy.
We will continue to stay current on all developments of this illness, monitoring it on a local level as well as the recommendations of the CDC and other experts. We will adjust our business and procedures as needed to ensure the well-being of our guests and employees.
We are proud to be your neighborhood sandwich shop. Thank you for being part of the Port of Subs family and for allowing us to serve you!
