Notice to Cure

An On-Site Notice to Cure will be issued to any Port of Subs restaurant that is found with unauthorized food product. Upon any store visit, if unauthorized food product is found the franchisee is immediately subject to a $250.00 fine for the unauthorized food product.  Any unauthorized food product found will be immediately disposed of after required photos are taken and submitted to POS, Inc. The On-Site Notice to Cure will only be issued for unauthorized food product at this time. An On-Site Notice to Cure can be issued on any visit by Franchise Field Consultants, Field Marketing Consultants and any POS, Inc.
